Welcome to my blog on “healthy living”.  I’ve discovered much about “good health” along my life’s journey; not through medical school but through life’s experiences and being a “health advocate” for myself and others near and dear to me.  That means I’ve taken an active role in the process of discovery and I’ve done a fair amount of research.

My journey to “healthy living” has included resolving hormone balance issues and eliminating toxins (which for me includes gluten). It also includes an ongoing struggle with keeping all in my life on a healthy balance (work and fun, giving of myself (time and talents) to benefits others and also saying “no” when necessary.

This blog will help me to remember “from whence I’ve come” and document new discoveries.  I also hope it might be a place where others will learn from my experiences and share their own.
